Our Adult Basketball Group Training offers a unique blend of basketball instruction, on court basketball drills and teamwork that brings out the best in every participant. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the sport, this full court training is designed to push your limits, build strength, and get you in shape—all while having a blast on the court. BONUS Stay as long after training as you like. class fee covers drop in fee also.
What to bring: Reversible jersey or two T-shirts (Dark\light) (for splitting up into teams), water bottle and a positive attitude.
