Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast future inventory needs, and implement improvements.
- Manage inventory storage, including organization, safety, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Implement and maintain inventory management software systems.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, production, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory status and performance to management.
- Oversee and manage the stocking, maintenance, and servicing of claw machines and vending machines.
- Ensure claw machines and vending machines are adequately supplied and operational.
