Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast future inventory needs, and implement improvements.
  • Manage inventory storage, including organization, safety, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management software systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, production, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and present reports on inventory status and performance to management.
  • Oversee and manage the stocking, maintenance, and servicing of claw machines and vending machines.
  • Ensure claw machines and vending machines are adequately supplied and operational.
